The Harare Sports Club, Harare is the main cricket stadium of Zimbabwe. It hosted Zimbabwe's first ever Test in 19992, against India, and ever since has been a preferred venue for many Tests and ODIs. The ground also houses Zimbabwe Cricket, the governing body for cricket in Zimbabwe.
The ground is not a very big one and can seat only about 10,000 people at a time. But unfortunately, even the 10,000 seats hardly ever get filled up. The pavilion is the moat popular stand with a lively bar inside, that sees a kind of social gathering every time a match is on.
