Mansoor Ali Khan, Nawab of Pataudi, also known as Tiger is a former Indian captain. Mansoor Ali Khan was educated at the Winchester College and Oxford University. He belongs to the royal family and his father, Iftikhar Ali Khan, was also an Indian Test cricket captain. He was a right-hand batsman and a right-arm medium fast bowler. He became the captain of the national team at age 21, the youngest Indian captain ever. He later also captained Sussex.
Mansoor represented India in 46 Test matches, in his career spanning from 1961 to 1975. He led the side 40 times, but emerged victorious only on 9 occasions. He was captain when the Indian team recorded its first overseas Test victory, against New Zealand in 1967.
